ROCK BULLS STORY
In 2009, Rock Bulls was founded as trade brand focused on selling stone crusher machinery. In our initial years, we faced significant challenges regarding quality and service, especially with after-sales support. We struggled provide installation instructions and troubleshooting manuals, which affected our reputation.
Thanks to the steadfast support of our loyal customers and the dedication of the Rock Bulls team, we overcame these challenges. In 2012, we made a major advancement by partnering with JBS to establish our own manufacturing plant for stone crushers, enabling us to produce products that met international standards with enhanced quality and service.
Today, Rock Bulls is proud to have a skilled after-sales team fluent in English, offering installation guides and maintenance manuals in various languages, along with a 24-hour customer support service. This dedication to customer satisfaction has resolved any concerns regarding the quality and service of our products.
