ZSW Series Grizzly Feeder
vibrating feeder is designed to deliver lump, granular, or powdery materials from a warehouse or hopper into a receiving machine with a consistent and continuous flow or in specified quantities. ZSW Series feeders are suitable for various materials including ores, stones, river pebbles, construction debris, and other lump or granular substances. The feed chute features a single layer of grate bars that pre-screens the material to eliminate fines and debris. Circular Vibrating Screen
Vibrating Screens feature a K series block eccentric vibration exciter that delivers significant power and a powerful exciting force. The flexible intermediate transmission connection enhances amplitude while maintaining stable vibrations. The unit's overall structure is straightforward, making installation, adjustment, parts replacement, and maintenance easy and convenient. In contrast to axis eccentric vibration exciters, our YK Series utilizes an external block eccentric vibration exciter, providing a stronger exciting force. Our innovative design enables operators to effortlessly adjust the amplitude and frequency of the vibrating screen to meet various operational needs.
B Series Aggregate Belt Conveyor
B Series Belt Conveyors feature a modular component design that significantly streamlines the production process, eases installation and disassembly challenges, and lowers logistics costs. The modules are securely connected with bolts that are both convenient and dependable. The main beam is constructed from C-shaped steel, which is lightweight yet offers greater bending resistance compared to channel steel of the same grade. Additionally, the modified Y-type supporting leg enhances stability and greatly expands stockpiling capacity.
SD Series Rock Sand Washer
SD Series Sand Washers, often referred to as wheel bucket type sand washers, are designed and manufactured by ROCK BULLS using advanced domestic and technology to provide a top-quality sand washing solution. With a potential capacity of 180 tph, these units meet most sand washing needs while remaining cost-effective and energy-efficient. They efficiently wash grade aggregates, utilizing the impellor's driving force to remove debris from aggregate surfaces and eliminate the water vapor layer on the sand. The design is straightforward yet effective, featuring bearing system that is isolated from water and materials, along with a new sealing method and fully enclosed oil bath transmission to minimize the risk of bearing damage from water, sand, and contaminants.
