PE Series Jaw Crusher

PE Series Jaw Crushers are normally used as primary crushers in various crushing production lines. Material is crushed by the opening and closing of two jaw plates – one fixed and the other moving. Our PE Series works on the design principle of a traditional compound pendulum jaw crusher which has two advantages: a simple structure that is easy for operation and maintenance; a stable performance that is suitable for materials of different brittleness. They are used widely in ore and building aggregates processing and related industries.   

Recognizing that jaw crushers normally work in a harsh environment with worn parts needing regular replacement, ROCK BULLS gave a lot of thought to the selection of materials for core parts and finally adopted high-quality manganese steel castings. These castings greatly extend the service life of core parts thus avoiding too many shutdowns.
