The PF Series Impact Crushers are primarily utilized in industries such as metallurgy, mining, cement, chemicals, fire-resistant materials, ceramics, expressway construction, water conservancy projects, aggregate, and sand processing fields. Through years of analyzing data collected from operational experiences, the ROCK BULLS R&D Center has determined that traditional linear plate hammers are prone to wear, leading to a decrease in crushing efficiency due to the impact surface of the plate hammer not striking materials perpendicularly.

After conducting thorough research and testing various hammer plate designs, we have concluded that crescent plate hammers are the optimal choice. Crescent plates offer a larger impacting surface and force compared to linear plate hammers, making them more durable and efficient in crushing materials.
